Prometheus Patent Services Pvt Ltd made its presence felt @ the combined customer partnership meeting between USPTO’s Rocky mountain regional office, Denver, CO and its office at Alexandria, Va. The meeting was conducted by TC 2600, the technology Center for providing examination for patent applications including Communications. The session aimed at giving an insight into the evaluation of certain aspects of 35 U.S.C.112(a)(b)and(f) of the manual of patent examining procedure. A workshop was conducted under the guidance of supervisory patent examiners related to TC 2600 which was a simulation of examination under 35 U.S.C.112(a)(b)and(f). The session concluded with a panel discussion on relationship between the customer and patenting process.
