Bosco was appointed to deliver Master planning for Dreamland modern and elegant
wedding hall project. With a capacity of 1000 guest overlooking a lush green golf course.
Bosco objectives were to finalize masterplan for the food and beverage. Planning the main banquet kitchen, Wedding lounge, back of house to store the massive equipment’s, finalize and procure the linen, silverware, furniture's and bar equipment.
Staff were to be trained and to the highest Food and Beverage standards
